A Memorial DVD for Dr. Fennell
The only DVD to feature the conducting of Maestro Fennell, who passed away on December 7, 2004 at the age of 90. In addition to an excellent concert program with the Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra, Dr. Fennell also comments on music and the worldfs future. We hope his great musical enthusiasm will be shared with future generations.

Frederick Fennell
Conductor Laureate of Tokyo Kosei Wind Orchestra, was TKWO's principal conductor from 1984 to 1996. Educated at Eastman School of Music, he is the founder of the renowned Eastman Wind Ensemble.
Maestro Fennell, known as the world's most distinguished conductor of wind ensembles, has conducted many of North America's leading orchestras and has received numerous musical honors in the United States. He was honored with the prestigious Theodore Thomas Award of the Conductor's Guild in 1994.
